Vulnerable Citizens are Dying Unnecessarily by Suicide

Nova Scotia lacks a coordinated, well-funded, government-led, evidence-based strategy to prevent suicide. Without such a strategy, some of Nova Scotia’s most vulnerable citizens are dying unnecessarily by suicide. In fact, one Nova Scotian dies by suicide every 72 hours.
