But not all therapists and therapies are equally effective.
Whenever possible, we use evidence-based therapies. These therapies are scientifically tested, with evidence suggesting they work both effectively and efficiently. Using techniques based on current research increases your chances of success while saving you time and money. Because evidence-based therapies evolve as more research is conducted, we are always updating our knowledge and skills.
