Individual Therapy

A good relationship with your psychologist is key to unlocking therapy’s many benefits, and includes important factors such as empathy, warmth, trust, respect, shared goals, genuineness and connection.

But not all therapists and therapies are equally effective. Our individual therapy is backed by science and delivered with compassion.

 

Whenever possible, we use evidence-based therapies. Using techniques shown to work both effectively and efficiently by current scientific research increases your chances of success while saving you time and money. Because evidence-based therapies evolve as more research is conducted, we are always updating our knowledge and skills.
