Noelle Segato, Communications Coordinator

Our communications coordinator, Noelle Segato, cannot imagine living anywhere but beside the ocean. She spent the first half of her life in British Columbia and the second half in Nova Scotia. She moved from the Valley to Halifax to pursue her education. Ms. Segato completed her B.Sc. in neuroscience and M.A. in English at Dalhousie University, and she is currently completing her M.F.A. in fiction at the University of King’s College.

Ms. Segato brings a passion for language, psychology and knowledge translation to her work at CRUX. She translates the most recent research in psychology into posts and articles more accessible and digestible to the general public. She is responsible for CRUX’s online presence, including our social media.

Ms. Segato is kind, compassionate, and conscientious. She is dedicated to preparing and sharing reputable and informative science on well-being, mental illness and mental health.
