Ms. Zainub Wajid understands mental health care is an ever-evolving landscape and dedicates herself to remaining up-to-date on the best therapeutic practice, all while balancing compassion and caring. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Forman Christian College University in Lahore, and over 2.5 years of hands-on experience in the field, Ms. Zainub helps her clients navigate life’s challenges.

 

Ms. Zainub is committed to her clients’ well-being, and aims to create strong relationships with her clients through consistency and empathy. Whether through virtual sessions or face-to-face encounters, she offers a safe and nurturing space where individuals can begin or continue their journey of healing and self-discovery.

 

Ms. Zainub helps clients with diverse problems. She knows how pervasive anxiety, depression, and behavior difficulties can be, impacting all aspects of life. She also specializes in treating personality disorders, addiction, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and psychosis.

 

Drawing from her extensive therapy toolkit, Ms. Zainub tailors each approach to suit the unique needs and preferences of her clients. She uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to guide clients through the complex web of their thoughts and emotions, empowering them to challenge negative patterns and foster resilience. She uses psychodynamic therapy to reveal and resolve the roots of psychological distress. She uses mindfulness to help her clients find peace in a busy world by staying focused on the present moment and connected to themselves and the world around them. She also uses emotion-focused therapy to help clients explore their feelings in a gentle way. By understanding their emotions better, clients can start to feel better about themselves and their lives.

She is guided by a commitment to holistic care, collaborating closely with her clients to foster growth and illuminate their path towards lasting transformation.
